At Eagle-Gryphon Games, we strive to deliver your games and accessories promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on shipping methods, costs, processing times, and delivery expectations.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Pre-order or backordered items may have extended processing times, which will be noted on the product page.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
- We offer various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and international shipping. Available methods and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Free shipping on orders over $199 within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) is available only for street addresses. PO Boxes are not eligible for free shipping.
- Flat rate shipping of $9 is available for orders over $99 within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), also requiring a street address. PO Boxes are not eligible for flat rate shipping.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days.
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
- We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, with rates adjusted for these locations.
4. International Shipping
- We ship to select international destinations. Available countries are listed at checkout.
- Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days).
- International orders may be subject to customs clearance delays, which are beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available for your selected shipping method).
- Track your package directly through the carrier’s website or contact us at info@eagle-gryphon.com for assistance.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or international regulations.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes for certain oversized items. Please provide a physical address at checkout.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@eagle-gryphon.com with photos of the damage.
- For lost shipments, please notify us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
8. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. For free shipping eligibility on orders over $199 or $9 flat rate shipping in the contiguous U.S., a street address is required; PO Boxes are not eligible.
